1. Do I need to carry my policy with me when travelling?
We would recommend that you take your policy wording and proof of insurance with you to ensure that you understand the extent of your cover and the assistance services available to you, exactly what is and is not covered and the contact telephone numbers to call in the event of requiring assistance whilst overseas.


2. My computer has crashed / I don’t have a printer, can you send my documents?
Policy documentation can be sent to you but this is subject to a £5 administration charge. Please contact the liine .Net Customer Services department by e-mail info@liine.com or telephone 0845 223 4520 for this to be arranged.


3. How do I view the e-mailed version of my policy?
By registering for 'My liine' you will be able to log in and view your previous quotations and policies purchased from this website.


4. How will I receive my policy documents?
Your policy details will be sent electronically to the e-mail address you provide when completing your purchase.
