01

Chat-Based Inquiries

You don’t have to configure filters, build reports, or remember query syntax. Just type your question and ask follow-ups. The assistant will remember the context you’ve built.

Nobody else in healthcare call tracking analytics has built a connector like this. Liine MCP is free, first-party, and already yours.
02

Custom Reporting

Your dashboard covers the standard reports. When you need the numbers grouped or visualized in a different way, like missed calls by hour and region, just ask. The Liine MCP builds that view for you in real time.

Every number traces back to the same data your Liine dashboard shows.
03

Multi-Location Rollup

Aggregate across dashboards without stitching exports together. Ask once for the whole group, then drill into a single practice, region, or campaign in the same conversation—the way a DSO or MSO actually reviews performance.

Standardize once, deploy at every location.

Three steps, two minutes,
and no help from IT.

Setup is a simple sign-in, not an integration project. There is nothing to install and nothing to maintain.

1

Add the Liine connector

Open the connector settings in Claude or ChatGPT and add Liine. One entry, one time.

2

Sign in with OAuth

Use the Liine login you already have. No API key to generate, store, or rotate, and no credentials to share with your team.

3

Ask your first question

Type it the way you’d say it out loud, then ask the follow-up right in the same conversation.

Works with the assistant you already use

The Liine MCP runs on the Model Context Protocol, the open standard for connecting assistants to data, so support improves as the assistants do.

Frequently asked questions

What data does the Liine MCP have access to?
The Liine MCP (and thus the AI agent using the MCP) will have read-only access to the same data available in your Liine dashboard except for PHI and PII (such as call transcripts, EHR identifiers and web form fields). The MCP server is air-gapped from anything PHI and PII related.
Is Liine MCP HIPAA-compliant?
Yes! It was built fully HIPAA-compliant by default. Protected health information (PHI) and personally identifiable information (PII) never reach the MCP server, and thus, are not accessible by Claude, ChatGPT, or any other agent you connect.
Which AI agents/tools does it work with?
Currently Claude and ChatGPT with Microsoft Copilot coming soon. You sign in with OAuth, so there is no API key to generate, store, or rotate.
How long does it take to setup?
Two minutes or less. Add the Liine connector in your assistant and sign in with OAuth. That’s it.
